Multiple Currencies
A freelancer with eight clients across three currencies cannot work inside a product that assumes one. Amounts are stored exactly as they arrived and converted only for display.

How it works
- 01
Enter it as it arrived
The amount is stored in its own currency, at the figure on the invoice. Nothing is normalised on the way in.
- 02
Rates refresh once a day
All 166 currencies are fetched and cached daily, including ZAR, NGN, KES, GHS, TZS, UGX and ZMW, which most rate providers do not carry.
- 03
The original is always shown
A conversion sits beside the amount you entered rather than replacing it, and a rate moving never changes what you recorded.
One book, four currencies
Each row shows the amount as entered and its converted value. The converted figure is the derived one, and it is never the only one on screen.
- Currencies supported
- Record in any currency
- Automatic daily conversion
