Parsing
Everything that turns a document into transactions, and nothing else. AI Parsing reads a receipt, an invoice or a statement and hands you a filled-in entry to confirm, from an upload or a connected mailbox. Statement Import reads a bank export directly, with no model involved, and its rows count against the same daily entry allowance.
How it works

You give it a document
An image, a PDF, plain text or a spreadsheet, up to 10 MB, one at a time or up to twenty at once. Or connect a mailbox and receipts arrive to be read on their own.

What the model receives, and what it does not
Text formats are stripped of names, email addresses, phone numbers and account numbers on our side before they are sent anywhere. Photographs and PDFs travel as images and are read visually. Nothing from any document reaches your book until you approve it.

You confirm before anything is saved
Every extracted field comes back with a confidence score, and anything the parser was unsure of is flagged rather than quietly guessed. Nothing reaches your book until you approve it.

Statement Import
A bank statement is a different kind of file from a receipt, so it takes a different path. Statement Import reads OFX, QFX and CSV exports directly as structured data: no model involved, and its rows count against the same daily entry allowance as everything else.
