Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
Does the Premium trial require a credit card?
No. The 7-day Premium trial does not require payment details up front, and it will not auto-convert to a paid plan without your explicit action.
Will myClerkBook ever ask for my bank login?
No, and it never will. myClerkBook does not request, store, or process bank credentials, and it does not connect to a bank-account aggregator. This is a permanent architectural constraint, not a feature we might add later.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you 2 months off (about 16.67% effectively), on Basic, Premium, and the Agent add-on alike. You are billed once a year through Polar, our merchant of record, instead of monthly.
Can I add the Agent later?
Yes. The Agent add-on is available on top of either Basic or Premium and can be added independently at any time from your account settings.
